PlayStation - Starting Your  Broadcast Stream on Twitch

To start your Twitch broadcast stream, start from the PlayStation home screen and select your game of choice. Once your game has loaded, press the “Share” button on your controller to bring up the “Share” menu.  

(:13) Using the left stick, scroll to “Broadcast Gameplay”, and select it by pressing “X”.   Select the “Twitch” box and press “X” to bring up the “Broadcast Gameplay” screen.  

(:25) This contains all the details of your stream:  the public title of your stream, video quality setting, chat comments, and more. Once you complete modifying your stream settings, select “Start Broadcasting”.   

That is it!  You are now streaming.
