NBA 2K20 Xbox – How To Accept An Invite To Play

On the bottom of your screen, an invite notification will appear, but it only remains for approximately four seconds. To accept the invite hold down the glowing Xbox logo button for a second and you will automatically join the game.

(:15) Don't worry if you miss the invite notification, you can still join your Rival match. You can find the invite in the "Invitations" tab. To find the "Invitations: tab, press the glowing Xbox logo button.

(:28) Next, use the left stick to scroll right until you reach the "Parties & Chats" menu.

Move down to the "Invitations" menu, and press "A". Here you will see your latest invites. Navigate to and press "A" on the invitation from your Rival opponent. 

You will be automatically taken to your game.
